PURPOSE & SCOPE

1. This form enables devotees, volunteers, staff, and guests to raise concerns or suggestions in a safe, confidential, and non-retaliatory manner.

2. The Ombudsman Office is independent from temple management and reports only to the Community Oversight Committee.

3. Typical matters include—interpersonal conflicts, misconduct, ethical issues, harassment, safety hazards, policy clarification, or systemic improvements.

Note on Anonymity and Communication

To ensure your privacy and confidentiality throughout this process, please note the following:

  1. We value your right to remain anonymous while raising your concern or complaint.
  2. To help with this, we have created a set of email IDs specifically for anonymous use.
  3. You may select one email ID from the list we provide and log in using the initial password given.
  4. Once logged in, please change the password to something only you know. This ensures only you have access.
  5. Use this email ID while submitting the form so we can communicate with you securely without needing your personal details.
  6. After your case is resolved or closed, you may change the password back to the original one, allowing the same ID to be reused by others in the future.
  7. Please do not use these email IDs for any purpose outside the ombudsman process.
