Classroom Norms and Behaviour:

As students of the Bhakti Vaibhav course, we agree to uphold the following norms and behaviors to ensure a respectful and productive learning environment:

1. Commitment to Attendance: We pledge to be present for the entire duration of the course, recognizing the importance of consistent participation.
2. Punctuality: Participants should be present at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time, so the class may commence without delay.
3. Active Participation: We will raise our hands to contribute to discussions, ensuring that all voices are heard in an orderly manner.
4. Devotional Attire: We will wear appropriate devotional dress during class, honoring the spiritual nature of our studies.
5. Respect for Contributions: We will value the contributions of fellow students, regardless of our personal agreement with their views, fostering an atmosphere of mutual respect.
6. Focus and Attention: We will refrain from engaging in side conversations, allowing everyone to focus fully on the class content.
7. Mobile Phone Etiquette: We will refrain from making or receiving mobile phone calls during class to maintain a distraction-free environment.
8. Confidentiality: We will observe confidentiality, respecting the privacy of discussions and personal sharing within the class.
9. Preparedness: Students should come prepared for each session, having completed any assigned readings or tasks.
10. Attendance and Assessments: All lectures should be attended, assignments submitted on time, and all assessments completed. Prior permission is necessary from the facilitator and course coordinator for any absence for valid reasons.

Online Class Etiquette: Bhakti Vaibhav Course

To ensure a smooth and respectful online learning environment, all students are expected to adhere to the following etiquette during online classes:

1. Use of “Raise Hand” Feature: Participants are strongly encouraged to use the “Raise Hand” feature to speak or ask questions, allowing for an orderly and respectful discussion.
2. Muting Protocol: Participants should remain on mute at all times, except when invited by the facilitator to ask a question or respond. This helps minimize background noise and distractions.
3. Avoid Unnecessary Conversations: Unless expressly stated by the facilitator, students should refrain from talking amongst themselves during the session. This ensures that the focus remains on the class content.
4. Pre-Class Technical Setup: Participants are responsible for testing their microphone, speaker, and camera before the session begins. This avoids unnecessary delays and ensures a seamless class experience.
5. Punctuality: Participants should log in at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time, so the class may commence promptly without delay.
6. Respectful Participation: Participants should be mindful of allowing others the opportunity to respond or ask questions, ensuring a respectful and inclusive learning environment for all.

Please be advised that once the service charges for the course (Course Fee) have been received, they are non-refundable under any circumstances. We encourage students to be certain of their commitment before enrolling.
